If the app is stuck on the "Sending signal to Netflix, please wait..." screen, follow the instructions below to fix the problem:
1. Go to Help > Reset App from the Menu Bar
2. Confirm you want to reset the app
3. Sign in to Netflix again and you should be all set to go. Enjoy!
